The Spinco move would make Vladimir proud. Invokes memory of transferring Russian assets to the UK. Ah, the bad old days...

One tactic that is used by small caps (not big cap realcos) is to create Spinco - check. Next stupid pet trick is to take good assets, say from RATN (ntar spelled backwards means rotten in Finnish or rat in Nepal). Next, take all the good assets, transfer to Spinco, and let RATN die. Throw a few bones, say 40 shares per 1,000, to the minions (longs who were fooled/used//mocked and held in contempt by ceo). Then, say in a PR (PR#1732) "sorry I tried my best" and wish old ratn longs luck. Rinse. Repeat. 

Now back to regular programming.....

• What's up with the Hindenburg piece. They are solid so is their piece fake news? (Newbies, Goggle this)

• why is CEO dumping shares?  He buys one week then next month sells?
• Is this a vacuum company or pet store? C'mon...
• financials show ntar is insolvent TODAY!
• false promises of Nasdaq?  Dilution imminent? Downlisted? Was this due to 4 whistlblowers to SEC?
• very sketchy is what they say on Discord
• 100 promo videos a week? Is there time for ceo to go to the washroom?
• This is HUGE: The death blow.... even if 3d is true, ntar holds "zero" IP  -- no customer company wants to buy from ntar UNLESS ntar owns its own IP!  Simply too risky for a LargeCo customer as it may be asked to remove ntar's 3d app due to infringement or frivolous lawsuit
• trend of horrible financials
• Is Yahoo! BB a boileroom? Is this?

 

This is a smelly and slimy fish.

You sure sound like someone who is already in (too high) and is very sour! If you are really not already in, why don't you do yourself a favour and don't even consider getting in ever. It's obvious that you will not get answers to your questions here, no matter how long you hammer the questions over and over again. :)
