Yes, it's obvious! I believe they are actually at 50 or 60% at this time which is the time that they anticipated on Nov 2 nd to close $3.6M. I bet Wednesday or Thursday they will come out with a deceitful result of a max of $1.7M closed, VERY far from the goal.

I'm in the mailing list just like some of you here. See those nice words that he uses, thinking maybe that we are stupid, the end result of the email is that the closing is pushed to the 28th. If it can close the 3m financing on 28 , Sp will be stablized in teens, otherwise, it may go single-digit. The key for this company is Amazon seller central open-up. I will wait until Q1 of 2024 to decide whether i sell my positions or not.
