What does a sales executive bring?

Why do we need an extra expense, especially one that jumps from company to company after one year of being hired, what exactly will she do, what magic is she bringing, what will she do to boost sales, I thought sales were so great that we had to open an office in India to satisfy our immense demand?

She is obviously the kind that picks up options from companies and runs...
