Private placement First tranche $1.4 million has closed

The first tranche of 10,000,000 units of $1.4 million has closed, and it is being purchased by 1 purchaser from the United States. The gross proceeds will be used to hire additional salespeople, pursue potential M&A opportunities, and provide general working capital. Stay tuned for more updates.

Bidding 40K @ 0.06 on TGGL. I have a feeling that they are working a financing for that one as well.

Only got 6K of TGGL, taking that money out and bidding on NTAR at 0.115 instead, sor far got 10 K out of my 19K bid

Update: The private placement will be closed with 2 purchasers from the US, 20,000,0000 units at $0.14 CAD, rising $2.8 million. More details to follow.

The total units are 20 million (not 200 million) at $0.14 CAD, for a total of $2.8 million.

So the 400K @ 0.14 is a gift.

And yes that would be amazing that 2 investors buy up the financing, great vote of confidence. That should help me get out completely before the great market crash. My next sell on NTAR is at 0.195. Once they announce the closing of this financing especially by only 2 investors, that's when the run will begin.

I believe they will announce the closing after the bell. Monday it will end the day at 0.14 or 0.145.
