ple explain to mehow this works. The $15MM funding is dependant on NUR raising an additional $15MM as "either equity or debt" but mention they are in advanced talks for some part of the latter (debt? Or equity?). So, they have these anticipated gross revenues wich are less than the already-done equity raise plus the $15MM in this NR plus the additonal funding. Se have no idea of the ...more
