In alberta the RCMP launched a "town haul" phone app so you can report many crimes without having to call 911 The UCP is trying to replace them with their own police force due to complaints about rural crime going unchecked They are fishing for Whistleblowers with this latest press release to grab themselves some more headlines and make themselves look tech savy in fighting crime.
