Haven't you heard theNorm, Star Link is active in Ukraine saving their military's bacon.  Elon Musks promise of cheap wifi any-where in the world is a reality.  Dictators can no longer control information reaching their populations.  Anyone with a Starlink receiver can use solar power and connect to the internet.
