Until co. gets debt financing in place it can only build new towers with cash flow from ops.

If the DFI financing is only a question of time, I wonder why NUR hasn't, in the meantime, tried (or been able) to secure bridge funding from the likes of CDB/EDC? Had this been possible, NUR could have launched a larger number of sites, thereby generated increased income and, ultimately, giving investors more of a warm fuzzy feeling...
