What a management team! Share price declined by 90% during 2023 and they reward themselves with 1,000,000 free shares!! Just incredible!

Not sure whst your point is. The Form you referred to clearly shows they awarded themselves 1,000,000 free shares despite a 90% deop in share price (which continues) for 2023.
