Preliminary Economic Assessment NI 43-101 Technical Report

From the Preliminary Economic Assessment NI 43-101 Technical Report, the company would need $655 million in capital costs and $191 million in operating costs based on their assumptions...look at page 25 (1.13 Recommendations) of the report.

Based on their bluesky assumptions, the company needs to spend $9 million in tests over 2-3 years...just for tests to see if this is even feasible. This company has a $8 million market capitalization.....regardless of drill results from Bonnie Claire, this is a short-sell if Ive ever seen one as they'll need to raise a lot of capital just to complete tests for 2-3 years - expect major stock dilution in the short term:

"This work would all be completed in a single phase spread over two to three years. The estimated costs to complete the proposed recommended actions are shown in Table 26-1".

Sell or short before insiders like Vancouver based K2 Capital Advisors can sell their shares and exercise their options/warrants.

Do you remember Bre-X.. It went over $300 a share just after the drilling... and yes I know what you're going to say. But the gold was there... but the world couldn't handle all that gold because it were drop the price of gold and the world wouldn't be able to handle that so they shut it down and blocked the island so no one could go there

Regardless of the results from the recent drill that are to be announced, if I were Iconic ICM-V (50% working interest partner), I would push to move forward on the tests ($9 million over 2-3 years) as NVLHF won't be able to participate due to the lack of funds (NVLHF would need to raise money just to participate and dilute you to zero). Depending on the JV agreement, they could put NVLHF in ...more

ICM hasn't done anything in 15 years. Hopefully you're not stuck in at 35 cents. I'll take my chances here. But you did make me laugh out loud in your last sentence
