Recent management transactions; clearly they don't believe in the company:

-Kelvin Wah Chin Lee: sold 1,446,000 privately so someone else can trade and 925,000 at $0.20.
-David Thorney-Hall: 2,700,000 options at $0.44
-Ravinder (Robert) Kang: 600,000 options at $0.22
