And Contracts, Right?

Happy #Croptober! With the largest federally regulated outdoor harvest of cannabis ever, there are a number of factors that LP's need to consider. Next week we will look at the ways Nextleaf as a licensed processor can help LP's maximize the value of their harvest. $OILS $OILFF

By the sounds of it they do not have any contracts.  The last few statements and posts are very glaring.  The last twitter post should not be stressing what they can do.  At this point these lps and growers should already know who and what Nextleaf can do.  In my opinon the posts should be about contracts and not an advertisment ploy to say hey look at us.  The past ...more

I agree. Misled is the best word that comes to mind. If they had contracts which were already inked they would have already informed investors as required by law. Remember these guys started the whole thing thinking they would be selling IP, then realized they needed to produce something. If they had an agressive sales time and focused on that and not there IP we all would be in a better place. To ...more

It is odd though because everything they are doing seems to be built on this supreme confidence that they will get sales contracts without a doubt. This tour across the country to build relationships with growers makes no sense if they don't have sales contracts. It's hard to determine what is happening exactly.  Are they really close to a big deal, or are they just HOPEFUL of a big ...more

I agree with you guys that things have not come to fruition yet. I am still hopeful personally. i noticed a tweet from Nextleaf late yesterday that they are hiring. I am thinking that if they are hiring they must have something substantial to release next week. Yeah, I may be looking at things with my "rose coloured glasses" on but the timing seems right. Crops are being harvested now ...more

"Advertisement ploy?" "At this point these LPs and growers should already know what Nextleaf can do?" Are you serious? Do you think profitable companies just stop advertising - even when they are incredibly established? Absolutey not. Advertising is key and this is a market which is in its infancy. You throw around some harsh accusations. I hope you enjoy eating your humble pie ...more

To be truthful Aurora most of my shares are under water.  Sorry I want to see some accountability with this company.  You continue to post false claims time and time again.  I truly hope this company goes on to be a very successful for all the shareholders.  I did invest in a company that is suppose to be futher ahead though.  I guess I should of read the fine print about ...more

Alot of us are under water I imagine. Just selling and moving on is difficult. There is a difference between complaining and being negative; and having genuine concerns to discuss. I feel the points made have been genuine concerns. That is what this board is about - discussion about the company. To be clear - I still have hope that everything is fine and we are just delayed a little. But as an ...more

I absolutely am supportive of the company, however, what are me fast claims? I don't believe I've made any which are false.

Now its October, some investors are on edge. Yes investing comes with risk. But we invested based on many factors.... The two ubuiqa report, hearing about getting sales, being profitable by the end of this year, being disruptive..etc... But what happens if January 2021 comes and we aren't profitable, sales and IP deals by years end arent there? Rewatch all the videos, corporate updates, pauls ...more

I would consider the coming update to be probably one of the most important updates to date as the tone must start to tie together all the information Nextleaf has given us in previous updates, interviews, etc.  We know about our IP, disruptive tech, croptober etc...so this update needs to shed enough light on Nextleaf's ability to execute on all the stuff they talked about so many times. ...more

I believe you are right in that there will not be a over the moon announcement anytime soon. I so believe that Paul will need to be a lot more humble in his approach and realize that their Tech IS NOT DISRUPTIVE. Only the industry will tell us that it is. Be honest with investors and what you are doing and not what you are hoping for. Time to get real. deals for croptober would have been done ...more

Two most important thing in this industry a beautiful product consumers will like and high margins which I don't see very often some products all still garbage they make you want to turn to the black market but not all product some are very good but margins rigth now as of today for cannabis companies are horrible I truly beileive that nextleafs and it's pack of intelligent nerds are ...more

And for deal someone pointed out it can be hard every businessman or women leaders who run companies are always looking for cheap cost high margins of nextleaf can really achieve the cheap side of things I think it will not only be easy for nextleaf to land a deal I think they are already working with the likes of cronos group and maybe canopy growth but I could see 48th north uo in there too  ...more

Lol you are one to talk about not being right stealth.   You have made so many claims that have not come true that it's laughable you think you have any credibility at this point.

as I coach buisness leaders one of the most important advice I give them is to ensure their toolbox always has a strong sales team. Because without sales everything else they do is irrelevant. You can have a piece of equipment that can generate low margins but without sales it means squat. None of there hires had a dynamite sales experience or reach into the industry. Focusing on tech is one thing ...more
