Is this company going to go private? There are no financial statements after June 30 2020.

I'm going with the fact the boss said we finished the year in the black. Would definitely be a sell off if he lied. Just waiting.

@shneps, I don't believe those numbers will be on these financials. I believe these financials will be the last quarter of 2020 ending in September.  I believe Oct-Dec financials are end of month February. I could be wrong though.

Does Nextleaf report tomorrow, or Monday? I am not sure how Jan financials will be but moreso looking at Feb. Who knows, maybe we'll be pleasantly surprised. Also, I checked SEDAR to confirm, and looks like there are filings for all quarters: https://www.sedar.com/FindCompanyDocuments.do

Yeah you get 120 days after your year ends to file your fins on the Venture. Qs are 60 days. They have till Feb 28th 2021 to file Q1 fins.             Year End   AFS Q1 Q2 Q3

Q4 2020 financials were released january,28/2020 - 22:00 ET.  Looking like another late evening release.

This is going to hurt so bad unless they produce a miracle. By the way, december 30th 2019 news release was projecting 5-10M revenue in licensing only in 2020. 9 months in, OILS doesn't even have 0.5 M revenue from licensing. You should really read that news release and take a moment, breath, and take in all the bullsh*t they have promised but not delivered. And later read the 2020 FY
