Missed deadline
That's what 2 years waiting for 0.26 you think the bank is selling the shares it's retail investor holding hundreds of thousand of shares and are bailing because we as share holders haven't been respected by the company and now
evryone will pull out and bring this down to 0.15 if nothing is said this week
