I'm glad to see evryone had doubts about the bevcanna deal Nextleaf will start moving up slowly but surely and we will all be rewarded for sticking with the man !!!!

I was the one that created the doubts.    This deal removes the exclusivity from the original deal and puts Rapid Emulsion as an option for their in house brands and partners.    I have heard that State B and Cali Bloom/Keef lines will be formulated using Vertosa's emulsion process.   To which I say BOOOOOOO!!!!!!!    No differentiator

Scepticism is understandable. Note the wording in the NR tho - Bevacanna "preferred indgredients" Looks like we are moving forward which has been long awaited Go OILS

This will be a slow rollout process for Bevcanna. They need to get all their ducks in order along with production, supply agreements, licensing partners, distribution agreements, etc. I personally wouldn't expect to see much for the next 1-2 quarters but having this on the books is great news. It's nice to see OILS has a competitive product line Rapid Emulsion Technology now. OILS can now offer the Rapid product line and get sales from both mainstream and niche brands, including startups House of Saka wine, Tinley Beverage Co and GoodDay Beverages, and household names like HumphrySlocombe ice cream and VitaCoco. Good to see there are many new Sales opportunities available to OILS.

Don't forget sales! These are new products, fierce competition for consumers. Yet to see who will capture the market. Distribution, licensing, production, all well and fine, I still can't believe Bevcanna has a $100 million market Based on asset value of 50 million, Break up value would be way less.
