BevCanna deal

was hoping to see some reaction to the deal.i guess there wasn't any meat in the long winded announcement. Does anyone know what the terms of the agreement is or how much it's worth.

it's just one of a few different suppliers BEV will use.    There is no clear indication they will or will not use the Rapid Emulsions in their house brands but speculation would suggest the Keef and Cali lines are gonna be powered by Vertosa (they are in the US).     So how good this deal could be remains to be seen.   But having Sproutly's ...more

Please post your sources of these rumors other than "I'm hearing things" and have you ever considered the possibility that Sproutly's former management left that company because Sproutly is broke, couldn't pay staff, and is rapidly diluting its shares? -------------------------------------------- 3rd Q financials: https://www.sedar.com/CheckCode.do As of November ...more

Gonna hate that's all good, but if I had bought oils for exposure to the drink market, I'd be hedging with some Sproutly.   Just my 2 cents .... I hedged Sproutly with OILS cause of Bevcanna but have sold off that position
Comment by Uestis on Mar 05, 2021 3:19pm
Why are u talking about Sproutly on this board?  You are one of those losers that go on other companies boards to talk about worthless information.  Thanks for the update blizzy.  Its amazing the nonsense. Fucckk I cant wait for this thing to go up so I dont have to look at this shiitt anymore.  Ppl upset about the color shirt Paul wore in a video, thinking a different color ...more

I am definitely one of those losers, so here I am :) OILS can have the oils sector, it's looking good there, but when it comes to the drink market the winner is not going to be an emulsified product, just too many problems with the tech.   The winner is going to be water soluble cannabanoids, whether extracted through the home science project looking method shared by Frank and created ...more

Hi Blizzy, Thanks for the post.  In reference to the following quote, are you referring to Sproutly? Can you share what DD leads you to believe that this is "the stock" that will pop by summer? Thanks!
Comment by Uestis on Mar 07, 2021 10:03am
So you actually don't own any Nextleaf stock.  Wow you really are one of those losers.  Who really cares at this point about the Bevcanna deal.  How much revenue has it generated to this point.  Anyway I love how you are invested in another company that is going to partner with Moosehead.  Who the fuucckk drinks Moosehead?  Anyway blizzy thanks for all the advice. ...more

Sold all of it.   The correlation between the two companies and the relation to BEV is relevant.   Bit the news many would want to hear (it's the reason I sold) as it puts a dent in a potential revenue stream going forward. Glad I could assist in resetting some people's expectations for that particular facet of the business.  Goodluck in the vape oils category.
Comment by LastoftheFranks on Mar 07, 2021 1:11pm
To clarify, you're concerned Nexftleaf is only Bevcanna's primary supplier but not their exclusive supplier, yet are totally confident in Sproutly's partnership with Moosehead which has not produced a single beverage in 2 years and itself is no longer an exclusive supply aggreement. In Sproutly's latest MD&A, Moosehead is mentioned once in passing. Moosehead does not mention ...more

To clarify Franks, my suggestion is that Nextleaf is A supplier for BEV, not primary, exclusive or preferred, just a provider of inputs that they have available for white label clients.    The exclusivity to be BEV's only supplier was the big attraction of the original deal with OILS/BEV, but that exclusivity is gone.    The exclusivity Moosehead with Sproutlys inputs was a ...more

Thank god Weedmaster ... someone had to change the subject, it was starting to get down right depressing around here with all the speculation and dot connecting making sense.    No one could even refute those claims cause they make so much sense. Now while I do appreciate the advice with that stock ticker you offered, I am going to stick with the sector I know inside and out and remain ...more

Sorry Blizzy but you suggested I look into Sproutly and I did. Their financials are an absolute nightmare and the current shareprice is reflective of this. Like the Bev/Oils deal (previously) the Moosehead/SPR is only a LOI and not a definitive agreement. SPR has gone from 95c to 5c. Fusion Biosciences will pick up whatever is left of the company (due to all the loans and the crazy interest rates ...more

Well Schepps I guess your DD is coming up short!   Not surprised as your DD has been lacking on BEV as well.  Just think of me when the Moosehead deal and the BEV deal come to fruition :)    It will be a nice, I told you so moment.
Comment by shneps on Mar 08, 2021 9:39am
I used to work in an industry in which Memorandums of Understanding and Letters of Intent were frequently tossed about. We never did anything further until a signed agreement was in place. These LOI's may hold your positon but are not guarantees by any means. Also, I would not tell anybody "I told you so". Nextleaf is executing and doing so on a financially responsible way. Far more ...more

Can't believe it's already March 2021. Maybe new contracts in March to keep the facility busy.

This guy throwing a few intelligent words togheter trying to scare people into selling this tactic really works people fall for this ??
Comment by Blizzy420 on Mar 07, 2021 12:49pm
It's no tactic.  It's the sharing of a personal opinion based on a retail investors due dilligence that has been happening since before stealth was pumping a breakout of oils at 60 cents and pre license.  I am not suggesting people sell their shares based on my opinion.  I am suggesting they do their DD and if they wanted exposure to the drink market like I did when I came ...more

So is that what 600kg biomass processed per day looks like?
Comment by shneps on Mar 05, 2021 9:45am
Bevcanna has submitted their formulation to HC for the Keef's brand. What distillate did they use? Is this Vertosa approved in Canada. I don't know so I am asking. Thanks in advance.
Comment by hopefull on Mar 05, 2021 10:09am
I think the most recent news release needs more information attached to this otherwise it's a pointless news release
Comment by Weedmsterbadger on Mar 05, 2021 11:04am
Don't worry some new guy will come along and say we don't even process weed to lol
Comment by Blizzy420 on Mar 05, 2021 1:21pm
Vertosa's Canadian rights are owned by Vivo Cannabis.   They are also working with Molecule in Eastern Ontario and have gotten good reviews in the US.... good for emulsion that is.
