Looks like Aurora Canabis has filed their $1B short form prospectus they need to buy us out. ; )

Aurora Cannabis Inc. has filed a new preliminary short form base shelf prospectus with securities regulators in each of the provinces of Canada, except Quebec, and a corresponding shelf registration statement on Form F-10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

The base shelf prospectus, when made final, will qualify common shares, preferred shares, warrants, subscription receipts and debt securities up to $1-billion (U.S.) during the 25-month period that the base shelf prospectus remains effective. Management believes the filing of this new base shelf prospectus is in the best interest of shareholders and provides maximum flexibility to pursue strategic initiatives, which may include acquisitions or partnerships pursuant to the company's previously stated global growth strategy.

What would be a reasonable offer? $.80 is $100 million market cap but the shareholder protection plan would create an enterprise value of $200 million This might force the exercise of some warrants which would increase share count and cost. Personally I would take that all day

You're valuing Nextleaf at 200 million. you need medication!!!!not only that but you need to take a look around the cannabis market this compnay will go for 2 billion if you're still a shareholder by then then is I don't know wen but 200 million man you need to go for a swim

I didn't see this reply until now, I have Salbrom on ignore , and this is why.  News flash to Salbrom , current market cap is $32 million. That's how everyone in the "cannabis sector" values NL IP and production capabilities. If you sold today you can get $.27 a share, get your head out of your A$$.

Aurora owns RTI which they've lost tens of millions on, doubt they're in the market for another extractor regardless of difference. Probably building a warchest to go shopping in the US when the time comes.

I was only kidding about Aurora. I personally believe the company's future evolution will come in the form of a partnership by a company (i.e. Canopy or some other Pharma) thru a 20% buy in at $0.50 per share plus a $0.75 warrant attached. Some larger company may take the leap for a quick, economic value leap and pull the trigger. $12.5M is not much money compared to what these big guys

My response was based not on the speculation that aurora cannabis would buyout nextleaf but more the thought of a larger company, pharmaceutical or cannabis buy out

Seee you said it,i'm just telling you you're  nuts peanuts!!! for thinking that. someone owns a lot of shares here, preventing this from moving no liquidity, no movement news hasn't been fully disclosed the.big producers we have deals with and names no big names were mentioned. just the client because something is up  I think this will take off once  a deal is struck
