Who are the consultants? And what services are they providing? Are they meeting their Key Performance Indicators? We've spent a lot of money on these guys in the last year. I would like to see a quantitative analysis on the value-add they are bringing to the company.

REALLY. They paid $6,500 to one consultant. Maybe that consultant saved you a $100,000 or $1M of shareholder value. If you don't trust the board for their decisions why not call and ask what that consultant performed for the company. Whiners..............geez. There are legitimate things to have concern about. A $65,000 consultant, maybe That is not one of them.

I have no concern about a consultant at $6,500 :). I'm with you on that Shneps!  And it makes more sense the way you framed things in terms of this being the least damaging raise possible. Companies needs money I guess so this works.

This gives the warrant holders incentive but I think there may be a little something more coming yet. The warrant holders still need to actually exercise and buy. I would imagine the company consulted with a majority of the holders before moving ahead with this and they said they would buy in. Hopefully they threw in some gossip on top of the additional warrant incentive @ $0.35. There is also the
