Also of note, Paul has alluded to the fact the process keeps being improved along the way, building on the current patents. This is how Nextleaf is positioning for contaminants removal, mushrooms, etc. Being able to remove contaminants might arguably be worth more, alone, than the basic process itself when you think of how this will be a big issue when standards are implemented in the US and Europe. The cook is keeping tricks in his sleeve.

Spoon has a point in saying the US lawsuit is confusing. Old patents, legacy market, etc. Intriguing, but of limited interest to Nextleaf,

You're welcome.  That's somewhat true with older, or legacy patents.  Not all patents will stand up, which is important to note in the sense that in the earlier or rush to get certain company's market share, or to boost share price or etc... lot's of patents were rushed into existence.  Some companies took item A, plus item B added in a little of item C and patented
