This actually bounced off a long term support. It's a short 9 day PP and a small one overall, might not be stuck at these levels too long. That gap at 0.25 will need to be filled. There's room here for a quick flip if you've got any dry powder and play your cards right. Expected newsflow the next few months should help dispell overall negative sentement here.

That's a webinar. They will be filtering out all the investors outrage and merely loading feel good questions. My beef is not about raising money (knowing they had too) it's how they have executed this. Just because they wanted to show cash on the ledgers for the December 31st quarterlies they execute a raise during the height of tax losss season. Stupid They could have easily filled a

Like I say this was incredibly incompetent on their part. I have been one of the biggest supporters of this company until today. If they had asked I could have gotten them $3M @ 23c with warrants at 27c. No fees. No millions of shares getting dumped immediately and slowing any shareprice escalation. Not now, this was such a doucebag maneuver I lost complete confidence in their management

Your observation is dead on. That's how I feel too. Goes to show the management does not protect the interests of their long suffering share holders. The warrants are totally unwarranted.

The lack of a direct investors NR/email on this matter is definitely a bad look. Faux pas abound.

...it better not be a sign of what's to come.  I guess in one way or another most of these small cap companies have a picture of "Roy Munson" hanging on the wall as inspiration.  It makes one wonder, "just what were they thinking?"  Obviously, not enough due dilligence on Nextleaf's part.  This couldn't have been the best option out there.

15M shares is a lot and still reserved for insuance 25M  They needed to dilute shareholders by 15 million shares to get products in stores again why 0.20 PAUL WHERE IS PFIZER AND MERCK WHY NOT COMPARE TO AMAZON TESLA GOOGLE POPPEYS CHICKEN DOMINOS LITTLE CESAER PIZZA
