Waiting for The Spin & The BS

Hahahaha. OMG. This company doesn't surprise me anymore. Can't wait for the spin and hard selling tactics trying to convince shareholders that this is Actually a good thing and that "NL is very happy with the position they are in and are very excited about the future." Same BS everytime Recycle, Rinse, Repeat. Do they have a track record of DELIVERING financial results? NO! But hey.... "this time could be different" blah blah blah. They always hint (or sometimes say) that profitability is around the corner. I expect the same tune and forecast that they've always had to countinue. I also predict that by next week they will Pay proactive investor to interview Paul again so he can try to save face, say the right things, while convincing us he's done a fabulous job driving the ship upto this point.

Have you all forgotten the success of Glacier Gold? Sales are on fire in BC and it took only three months. If we want them to go coast to coast and duplicate the success, and become profitable they need to fund that venture! Yes it sucks seeing the share price react to the news, but the market will digest it and even out. Probably some more pain coming from tax loss selling but 2022 is blue sky ...more

Yes it is a gift and looks ...more

I do have to say that if the anticipation of closing quickly was based on people, like myself that wanted to participate, but I can buy cheaper on the open market. Hum, maybe the advice we received was poor.

Gotime 2, your latest post is an Excellent example of the mindest that is the problem. Ill address a few things very quicky (and easily). No we have not forgotten about Glacial Gold. However we haven't seen any numbers on the revenue of that and I doubt it's significant. Without seeing the numbers the fact the have resulted to doing this (at a very steep discount) means it wasnt a giant ...more

"The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for the procurement and delivery of its cannabis products to various provincial markets nationally, for the partial repayment of principal and interest on a senior secured convertible note of the Company, for general and administrative expenses and for working capital and general corporate purposes."

Question is - "In what proportion do they intend on utilizing those proceeds?"
