Reality of the Situation

You're running out of money when you're running out of money. We can all sh*t talk about how we would've done/timed this better but it's not our business to run.

Difference between this and last time is this raise is for actual revenue generating purposes to distribute a product that from all indications is becoming a significant sales leader.

Am I thrilled? No.
Would it have been ideal if previous warrant holders all cashed in to refill the coffers instead of letting them expire? Abosutely.

This is a low volume high-risk stock in a dead market sector. Hope for the best prepare for the worst. On that scale this isn't an end of days event.

Definitely wouldnt have bought at 0.24 last week though had I known. Will DD to see how many warrants expired after their modified warrant price and deadline expansion earlier this year.

Appreciate the perspective Frank. After forty years in business I have always lived by one adage though, "Never bite the hand that feeds you because one day it might bite back." This is not the end but was not as necessary a blow just because you needed funding. A lesser price and half a warrant or no warrant would have been filled. Poor judgement and advice from somebody.

You said it all, folks. Can't believe they did something like that. They themselves as investors are loosers, not to mention the employees, etc. Everybody lost money today. Hurts. Not much positive: Issuing stock to pay down debt is a good thing.  The need for liquidity is linked to the success of Glacial Gold. We can buy stock for cheap, 19-20c is rock botom.
