Interesting. I see on Stockwatch a big cross of 200,000 shares with buyer identified as "300 CSE Buy-in" and seller "Mackie" at top price of 24.5 cents.

Yes I saw that too. It was Reasearch Capital (Mackie) the led book runner of the offering. Looks like possibly a cross trade. Mackie sold 200,000 to Reasearch Capital. Hard to tell sometimes what is going on behind the scenes.
