Why are my buys not getting through but 7 TD Sec buys are?

I put in an order to buy OILS 120,000 shares at .04 cents on Feb 28/2023. Got some partial fills. Quite sure I am the first bid by now. So how does 7 TD Sec manage to sell 10,000 OILS shares to what looks like his Mama?
Don’t understand something fishy, is it not first bid first serve? Have seen this a few times now, WTF?
Now I would not have thought fishy fishy if the 10,000 was bought on another exchange but it wasn't it was bought on the CSE. Just another example of Market Manipulation. Okay Trudeau I thought we were going to fix this?

House to house gets priority on first come first serve. That's why I have several accounts. Also, you might still not be the first in line. Plus check if your broker is doing business on all markets or only CSE. Plus, come on, Trudeau has nothing to do with this. It's just you ignoring the basic rules.

I like penny stocks. I like BC. I like the CEO's attitude. I just tried vaping and can see the change a coming.
