This is the perfect storm for Nextleaf. Do your own DD, but I do bet next financials will show a profit. The textbook contrarian play.

The only unknown for me is the big seller who keeps crashing the stock price. It seems to be done on some kind of liquidation mode (cleaning an estate?) in total disregard with the potential of the stock. This will stop at some point. For me just a great opportunity to average down.

ATB Capital (debenture holder) is the one who is currently selling out their position. They are converting their shares at 5.5c and selling them at 4c. It is costing the company valuable profits having this financing hangover. It was unfortunately necessary at the time but these hedge funds were responsible for destroying a lot of decent companies. Will they maintain any position? I don't know

Thanks for this Shneps. Understandable, but still a bit crazy that ATB Capital converts its debenture for OILS shares at 5.5 cents each and resell these same shares on the market at 4 cents each. They really need the money! Soon, we might be debt-free! I saw the same situation elsewhere. Just like most of us, ATB really thought OILS would rise big time a while ago. Timing is everything. And

You need to remember that the company has also given them warrants and cash over the last six months. This is compensation for not calling in the debt. I think they have given then about $175,000 in cash + warrants. Softens the blow of selling at 4c.

Looks like Extractx is another extractor that is about to hit the curb.

I also personally feel Medipharm Labs won't make it through the year.

Payments in a way or another that kept us from profit level. Once we are done with ATB, not only we are likely debt-free, having a greater number of committed shareholders (who bought ATB shares), but we will be in a position to declare a profit. This profit will be modest at first (while we are still getting out of ATB's hands), but likely impressive in the following debt-free quarters. I
