Daily insider buying from the market continues and it seems few are paying attention.The depth of the Management Team is outstanding and the business accumen of the Board is over the top. IMO the risk reward on Opti is very positive. Difficult to find these ratios on the Canadian Exchange. Your comments post DD are most welcome.
