Investor Relations Advice for OWL...

from an investor relations expert for the mining sector.

1)At its core, good investor relations is about storytelling. It's not enough to have a website and put out announcements; you need a story that is compelling and can get the attention of investors in a crowded market.

2) Meet the investors one-on-one through virtual webinars. Allow the investors to ask questions and receive answers. This interaction is important to investor sentiment and overall investor understanding.

3)There cannot be long pauses between news flow, otherwise you will erode shareholder confidence. Communication needs to be consistent and transparent.

4) If you are adding dilution (i.e. private placements), then it is good practice to show progress against it.
