Was it manipulation yesterday?

The initial drop yesterday that brought us back to .30. Was that manipulation? I noticed it droped 24.5 percent in less than a few minutes, which was right at the cusp of halting the stock. It then rose and fell after that. Was it manipulation, or simply coincidence? Thoughts?

There are no coincidences. Imho this was done to accumulate. And the fact that it stopped just short of causing a halt keeps eyes off of it. Well new eyes anyway. So whoever it was sold into the short term sell off or more likely, created it, took out stop losses & scooped some cheap shares. IMO
