Basically they allow restaurant owners to pay tips to their staff efficiently at no cost to them. The staff has the today card and pay a small fee to purchase goods. That's the long and short of it. For detailed explanation go to the xtm investor site for their business plan.

Thanks. I will have a look at the web site again to read it over. I'm an old fart, so I'm old-school. All these apps in payment methods, bitcoin etc. make absolutely no sense. To me it's like trying to improve the aspects and performance of a toothbrush. How much more can they do to improve the system of payment. Cash has always been king! BTW Cash isn't king anymore, also what should be mentioned is that their systems can handle much more than just tips, payroll is a real possibility.
