I'm surprised no action with the news. Especially being Nine Point are involved

I Agree, but on the positive side, there is no exodus from this stock. Low volumes, strong hands and excellent management. I'm happy to be holding BCA and I expect the plan will be rolled out in short order . Then we will see new retail buying up the few shares available. IMHO.
