Seems to me that PGOL is ridiculously cheap and an obvious takeover candidate .Norther vertex paid them almost 800K in the last quarter in royalties according to their March Quarterly report as far as I can tell .Thats 3.2 million minimum for the year with constant production(its increasing)from the Northern Vertex mine and constant gold price (its increasing ).Seems to me that the obvious candidate to takeover Patriot would be ---Northern Vertex.Despite all of this someone is trying to keep the share price below 8 cents .Very curious indeed.

I don't think NV would buy them. More likely Maverix, Sailfish, Ely or Metalla. There are a lot of shares in strong hands, whom aren't selling at these low prices, hence, low volume.
