The Windy Peak Property consists of about 114 unpatented mineral claims covering approximately 2,337 acres, three miles north-northeast of Bell Mountain. The Company holds a royalty of 2% of Net Smelter Returns with respect to the Bruner Gold Project that consists of 26 patented mining claims.

Thank you for posting that very detailed report. I agree 100% that royalty vs production is the way to go, simply from a cost/risk perspective. NEE is in great shape now with the merger completed, but odds are you'll get a higher ROI on PGOL vs NEE if you were to invest in both stock today. Way less shares, cleaner books, earnings multiple on PGOL is bigger and more opportunity in other
