It will be interesting to see if they can close this non-brokered private placement. The market players always want a discount to the share price. So lets see if they have to revise the non-brokered private placement.

Factually incorrect. Market players do not "always" seek a discount. Please provide an email address I will email you a list of 20 financings in the past 1.5 years I know of myself that we're done "over market"

Factually correct, but not always the case. It always depends on what they have or potential. Most times when it is over the market is when Flow Through are involved becuase of tax implications. So that does not mean it could not happen here. Time will tell.

Sounds like you have changed tune KanyesRabbi due to the share price dropping like a stone. I told you it was way overvalued and it is coming back to reality. This may not be a bad thing for you since you can then average down when you feel the company is going on a run. Sadly it ran up and now is running back down. Looks like I had more of a clue then you thought I did. I know you tried to discredit me but it is hard to against reality. Yes I was very pissed at Glen Eagle for selling the property and even more so when the CEO took the money and did not share it with shareholders after staying loyal in the demiss of GER's stock price.
