John is a master at writing press releases about irrelevant MOU,s,
He is writing the most amazing press release about talking to shipping companies when he does not even have anything to ship. Literally the best asset this company has is John's imagination and ability to spin dreams into an MOU.
That said John will get this stock back to 40 cents on his ability to sell so at 20 cents
this is a buy as long as you do not drink the Kool Aid. Sell at 35, decent return.

John's ability(story teller, writer and ...? good) and the team's cooperation is needed for sure, that is fundamental. Location and the share structure is also very important at this stage of game for the .20 to become .55 on the way to the .72 to have a good base for less dilution in the next round of financing, should the over all market be supportive that is.
