Wondering why? And a question?

I'm just wondering why it took the FDA so long to come up with these deficiencies when it's been 3 months. You would think this would've happened a month or two ago and give them some time to figure it out before the 29th. I also have another question do you have any idea how long this is gonna take to get straighten out like months or longer?

I have also wondered that, and if these new deficiencies are related to the first ones on the initial CLR.  A minor deficiency as per the FDA is a 3 month or less delay to address.

Unfortunately, government bureaucracy as usual. That CRL (Complete response Letter) is a misleading term used. If the last CRL was a complete one..then why is it brought up again with more deficiencies. When does this process get COMPLETE..and agree, why didn't FDA include this deficiency with the last CRL. Who knows, important thing is, its minor and can get resolved quickly. Still very ...more
