put in the press release the terms of the settlement, as shareholders we have a right to know

Because the settlement was probably a PB&J sandwich. Either that or the companies only asset which is a home computer.

Of course Im back, Im studying how easy it is to make a fortune by being a fake CEO with a shell company. I see he still doesn't sign off on releases to avoid jailtime. Good move.
