Hi ,

We just wanted to give you a recap of what we've accomplished over the last three months.

Here they are:

Predictmedix developments (last 3 months):

Impairment - Launch of pilot with Hindalco industries (one of the largest aluminum players on the planet with last year revenues exceeding $18 billion USD).

Infectious disease screening:
- Filing of US patent for screening technology
- Testing/data collection with Max Healthcare (part of a multibillion dollar healthcare conglomerate)

Mental Health - Partnership with Max Healthcare for data collection along with appointment of Dr. Banerji (one of the top neurologists in Asia Pacific) to assist us with technology development

Key appointments for Business Development:
- Appointment of Mr. Kapil Raval (Director of AI, Business Development Microsoft) to chair our advisory board and assist with business development
- Appointment of Mr. Prabhakar Srivastava (Senior healthcare executive who has worked with some of the largest global healthcare conglomerates and has been an advisor to governments of African and Asian countries) - he will play a key role in business development in Africa and Asia-Pacific

Sales:
- Execution of sales contract with Juiceworks Exhibits for US and Canada (their client roster includes some of the largest entities in North America and all their modules will be retrofitted with our technology)
- Execution of sales contract with Caribbean digital media academy (technology integrator in Jamaica with contracts in the government)

Acquisitions:
- Acquisition of Telemedicine/Telehealth/Remote patient monitoring platform MobileWellBeing
- MobilWellBeing has been successfully used at several hospitals in North America and addresses the drawbacks with existing platforms (comparables are trading at high valuations on major North American exchanges)
- Acquisition integrates with our screening technology to turn them into a complete enterprise solution
