Lets put this into layman terms so that investors do understand. The COURT OF APPEAL has overturned the lower courst decision and have said that:   EMPLOYERS cannot refuse a job to a union employee who is using cannabis and needs to work in an area that requires SAFETY.  And at the same time, court said that employer must make sure that work environment for the others remains
