It's my observation that discussions regarding businesses where the primary focus is on the share price rising means there are many people who can't wait to cash out as soon as they can. Alternatively there are businesses with growing revenues that are undervalued with an increasing number of happy clients. People buying businesses with revenues don't need to hover around an online posting site telling everybody how great their business is. If you have conviction about a business you buy it, don't say much then wait five or ten years and there you've got yourself some extra money. Who cares why a share price goes up, but if you're investing money in something because anonymous people are making benign arbitrary forward looking statements about, then you're a pretty novice, or maybe you miss having the casinos open . . .
