insider Coleman O'Brien...what does he know that other investors don't..he is an insider.....fact is fact...it is what it is...insiders do not sell these many shares if they believe in any upside potential of a company..

O'Brien still has plenty of exposure to PTW since he received 649,000 options @ .20 on 4/25/10 and he probably received a near-similar amount when 2,500,000 options @ .20 were issued on 10/13/10.

Coleman O"Brien is selling his shares as the price is going down which is not a good signal from management....he may be holding his options but that is way less risk...as he has the RIGHT to buy but not the OBLIGATION to...so he does not care as his loss with options is less......O'Brien peeling off shares that are declining shows that he has no faith in the prospects for the company

bb28,You are making all kinds of good observations.Good thing I don't have $25,000 that I would be prepared to kiss goodbye.Otherwise I would pick up the 320,000 shares on offer for 8 & 7 cents.I'll stick with what I have.I am out of the two neighboring properties.It would be a real shame if Petroworth went down the tube.
