There are no messages in Jeff's feed that would indicate his party affiliation. It's just online MAGA trolls being idiots again. And would it be all that surprising if Jeff leaned Democrat anyway? He has a long history in investing and operating renewable energy generating facilities. MAGA idiots believe wind turbines cause cancer.
