Consulting fees and loans are being pushed back and forth. Pay twice as much in consulting fees and give 50% back in a loan at an 8% interest rate. Big money shuffle with no real assets left.

$1.4M was spent on Mexico including building a new facility. Captiva gets zero return on the monies invested and yet there are certain persons that continue to own the asset. Wonder who benefitted from this? Why wasn't the asset sold?

That was one person who raised the shareprice. It is a very easy thing to do when shares are tightly held. Why hasn't it gone way higher? Nothing there to stop it.

"cause it's likley being bought on future value, not current situation.  Whether that future value is some kindof Solargram settlement, OR a vend-in of something else entirely is the magic question.  Some people tend to view the principals as scammers, BUT another view copuld be an aggressive entrepenur who keeps on trying to make a success for shareholders Time will tell which
