Solargram Farms Products Now for sale.

Products from Solargram Farms are now available for purchase at Cannabis NB, the only licensed retailer in New Brunswick.

However, many of us invested in Captiva because we were led to believe we were also investing in Solargram. Unfortunately, we ended up with nothing from that stream, while others are reaping the benefits.

This situation feels like a complete letdown, and it's frustrating to see our investments result in no returns while others profit.

Solargram product is available but the farm itself appears to have been shutdown this season. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing is on the real estate block. I don't believe even the original private investors will recoup all their losses. These types of assets are selling 60%+ below their invested dollars. https://www.hydeadvisory.com/main-listing

Drove by the farm last weekend and all is alive and well.  Hundreds of plants growing under the hoop houses.

I've heard from someone working there that their crop is thriving. They're producing at a cost of just 8 cents per gram, with products selling all over New Brunswick. The friends and family deal has really paid off for us.

Appreciate the updates but what does this do for Captiva Verde shareholders? Captiva Verde cancelled the agreement. Great to hear the farm is potentially thriving but we're sh_t out of luck.

The way that Captiva shareholders benefit is for Captiva to purchase the shares of Solargram Farms from Wood and Leblanc as per the original agreement.   The same agreement that Ciachurski backed out of and caused the Solargarm lawsuit to be filed.   Then a prosperous farm would benefit the Captiva shareholders greatly.

So your premise is doubling the current share count to compensate for the $7.5M or 30M @ $0.25. And then as a shareholder you will prosper? That also doesn't include fees. How much net income is Solargram generating? Try to figure out how this can work. Thanks in advance.

The main issue is that everyone who participated in the friends and family deal is now essentially stuck with Captiva shares, with no stake in the actual operation we were led to believe we were investing in. One would expect the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) to be addressing this matter. Has anyone filed complaints with their respective provincial securities commissions?"
