If there's one thing he is it's most likely very smart and experienced. His time in the game knows patience is the true payer, besides if NAV grows then the share price will have to climb, I do think he's just sweetening his own holdings and options betting on a bull run.

@420mtrl if you think three years is patience you're not an investor.

I'd appreciate if you stopped coming here and being reasonable... seriously though, finding these value plays are extremely long term when they're small cap plays. I love that fact that we are debt free and Roger runs a tight ship cost wise.

They can buyback more then 5% but it's something called a circular bid and has to be executed in a single day with a large lump sum. And that's assuming that the bid price even fills.

I say we wait til Q4 results and two US liquidity events (.44? NAV/SH). Then, when no one notices again, execute a bunch of circular bids until there is is just Roger and six shareholders on SH left. Once completed the NAV per share will be .92 and the share price, .16. Then liquidate all positions and payout a special dividend! Easy-peasy! MM

Just wondering, how would the company get the cash to do such a large buyback of shares?
