Buyback

Merc, I am agree with everything except this is going to be hard to do....""Buy-back $ 10M worth of shares at average market price of $0.15 (10 to 20 cents)".

I believe the average price would be in the 30-40 cents range. I think the primary focus should be to generate interest in this company and not the share price.

My 2 cents!

Hey I agree. Note however that in Dec 2018 it was trading under 20 cents.  It was over that for a brief period of time, then a steady fall to .05.  And now we hover/languish around 10 cents. Despite buybacks of what 10 -15 m shares during that period of time? And all the while, the price has either gone down or remained flat...and  the dicount to NAV/sh has seemingly steadily ...more

If we have roughly 30 million NAV  Roger takes $1,000,000 in what I can almost guarantee is a profitable quarter and does a circular bid with a limit of $0.15 then QCA would be able to cancel out 6,666,666 shares.  Roughly 105 million shares out standing currently.  As of now: $30,000,000/105,000,000 shares= $0.2857/share If a circular bid was completed at $0.15:  ...more

I would rather see Roger get the NAV above 50M$ so institutional investors add the company to their portfolios. Reducing the number of shares traded would also make the stock less liquid and reduce the interested investor base. With possible US federal legalization on the horizon, we should see significant growth in the NAV as US cannabis companies are able to trade legally across the US. If Roger ...more

Just based on their div history i'm surprised where this is trading at. If the div was scaled to a roll back, i would not be opposed to it.

Institiutions aren't going to touch a $ 11M market Cap company, regardless of it's NAV/sh. First order of business for teh Company, as always, is to seek to improve the NAV/sh via savy transactions, financings, etc.  In other words, to drive the protfolio value from $ 30M to $ 40M to $ 50M +   (and that obviously that should be 90% of  Roger's focus) I have nothing ...more

I think this would be a good time for Roger to hire a PR firm to promote the company. I expect a breakout if the US senate passes the MORE act.  From what I am reading, it looks like even some of the republican senators will vote in favour of thye MORE act.  It baffles me why Roger is not advertizing the company since it's structured as a bank for startups. There will be many more ...more
