Dec 29 to Dec 31 

Guessing he is expecting great news soon on the Agriforce IPO !

this will have a .2 handle very soon. 

really should have a .4 handle  !

Guess he likes doubling his money and earning a dividend in the meantime.

I think financial vehicles like this will always trade at a slight discount to NAV. They should be within a range of 0.65-0.8 NAV from my perspective.  thats still significant upside and if our true NAV is climbing while shares are undervalued then we should see corrections come. What do you base your .65-.8 NAV range on?  Is this just how these types of plays generally get valued historically?

Personally, I think the discount ( or premium) to NAV is influenced by many factors, including: - degree of promotion - earnings history - consistency of earnings - dividend  - whether the sector of focus is currently in favour, or not  - etc.

I would suggest there are at least three reasons why the discount to NAV/ SH will decrease substantially in the next two quarters.  1. sector performance in Q4 2020 cannabis stocks up 40-60% 2. QCA portfolio performance and liquidity events in Q4 and Q1  3. Stringing back to back Qtrs of high growth ( income) will attract more buyers.  non current shareholders are not ...more

Most merchant banks borrow money and have debt. QCA has no debt and behaves more like a hedge fund. Buy early and cheap, lay low and help execute the IPO, make very large profit on at least 10% of the portfolio.  I'm now convinced that the MORE act will pass the Senate and Whitehouse.
