In 2019 Rogers compenation was just under $700K. Why?

"Quinsam's NAV per share declined by ....approximately 21% for 2019 as a whole (from approximately $0.37 to approximately $0.29)." share price declined from .23 to .10 in 2019 , or about 56%

Probably because NAV went up by about 40% in 2018.

A chunk of the compensation comes in the form of options. Even better, when you can get those options at low exercise prices and when the discount to NAV/sh is so large. I go back to ...(1) options should be rewarded on the basis of increasing shareholder value overall...not simply on increasing the FMV of the portfolio especially if a large discount in the SP is allowed to persist, AND (2 ...more
