Doesn't everybody wonder why Quinsam Capital wouldn't release news about a company they own that is finally gone public?

Yes I am wondering that myself There is a subtle, yet interesting difference between the mission statements of the two Cannabis Investco's  BlackHawk says that they are  "looking to create substantial value for its shareholders through the acquisition and development of high growth companies."  With 22 NR's so far this year whereas... Since they're a merchant investment bank I'm starting to wonder if there's a legal obligation that they're not allowed to promote their investment ?
