Cueball It is alot of shares for a company that does not even have a resource yet!  Just a simple rule of thumb of mine that keeps me out of trouble.  Hey I might miss some using the 200 plus million figure but it works well!  Using the 150 million number is really misleading.  You need to account for all the possible shares out so you want to use the diluted shares outstanding

You missed the point Droit.  Microsoft had a real product.  If a company has at minimum a product with a gold mining company at least a resource then 200 million rule not necessarily true.  However, when they are still ealry stage the chances are they hit such a high share count before they get to a resource that a share consolidation becomes a given.  That is the problem with
