will retract the current .02 PP offering, and at what SP it will be offered again. Does the standing .02 PP have an expire date?

first of all 'Flip Flop", don't wonder too far or you'll get lost....Now as far as the PP goes, even by offering huge commissions they couldn't find enough $_CK_R_ to buy into this at 2 cents so the money raised won't even cover the DEBT they admitted to in their latest finacials, so there is no saving or should I say "PROLONGING" the survival of this stock....NO

Answer is...you do not know...Does the PP expire? Are they allowed to apply again? At what price point and to conform to SEC regulations.

They closed the Private placement flow through offer on December 28th/2023 WITHOUT reaching their goal "Flip Flop", which they announced in a news letter on sedar on that date.....Do you not do any DD on these stocks you throw your money into????......No wonder you LOSE so often....tsk tsk....Do you get it?????.....CLOSED THE OFFER!!!!!......Oh the times I wish I had a crayon to explain

That's not an answer to my question "Flip Flop", that is more of an "Optimist" SIDE STEP.....So how come you won't admit how many times you ignored my EXPERT advice and went ahead and bought and lost on this stock????.....Are you tooooooooooo ASHAMED????......tee hee....I LOVE IT!!!!.....Qmet to ZERO???.....OH YEAH!!!
